St. Mary's Hospital
We've created several Intranet applications for St. Mary's Hospital's intranet. The intranet is only available to those inside the St. Mary's network, so we can't give you a link to it.
Projects we've completed for St. Mary's include:
- A Vacation Request system
- A Travel Request system
- A Human Resources Interview Guide system
- A Policy Management system

The Policy Management system was by far the most complex. We created a web application that let St. Mary's personnel import some 15,000 documents that they had collected over the years into a coherent "manual" of policies. Then we created a system to let them create new policies, along with a comprehensive review and approval process for new and updated policies. Working with the personnel and security database on St. Mary's own servers, and creating the new application and database on their servers, presented some special challenges.
The St. Mary's Policy Management system is by far the most complex web application we've designed to date.
