"I just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all you have done for us.  The flexibility you have given us with the ability to edit, add pdf's, email links, etc. is just ideal for our situation with the constant changes at our organization.  Now, I cannot image how it could have ever really worked for us if we would have had to rely on a third party to do updates, etc.  Your design input on the programming options has given us the flexibility that make this new site really work for us.
